The Village at Orchard Ridge is hiring a full-time, day-shift Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, vital-sign monitoring, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, communication, and observation of health changes. The role requires active CNA certification in Virginia, compassionate resident-focused care, teamwork, dependability, and physical ability to assist with transfers; previous skilled-nursing-facility experience is a plus.
