MultiCare Deaconess Hospital is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its hospital Float Pool in Spokane, Washington. The full-time, 0.9 FTE night-shift role supports multiple hospital units by providing basic patient care, maintaining safe and supportive environments, and advocating for ethical, holistic, and dignified care for diverse patient populations. Applicants must hold a current Washington State CNA license, current BLS certification, and at least one year of CNA experience in a skilled nursing facility or acute-care/hospital setting; one year in a physician’s office or other medical facility is preferred. The pay range is $21.18–$31.68 per hour, with differentials and benefits including medical, dental, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
