Lakeland Health Care Center is hiring full-time and part-time Nursing Assistants to provide personal care and activities of daily living for residents under the direction and supervision of a Unit RN or LPN. The role includes assisting with resident positioning, communicating with residents and staff, following the resident plan of care, and performing manual care tasks. AM, PM, and NOC shifts are available, with additional shift premiums and weekend differentials potentially applicable. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, zero to six months of relevant experience, Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification, and registration on the State Registry for Nursing Attendants.
