Description
The LVN Staff Development Coordinator will evaluate and implement the Jewish Home's education and quality improvement program, coordinate staff education and compliance training, develop training documentation, provide clinical instruction and competency assessments, support employee health initiatives, and collaborate with nursing leadership to improve quality. The role requires a current California RN or LVN license, CPR certification, and either one year of direct patient care in long-term care plus one year of educational-program planning experience or two years of licensed-nurse experience with at least one year in direct patient care. The position pays $48.00–$52.00 DOE and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, commuter benefits, and weekday shuttle service.
