PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join their growing home health team in NW Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will support clients in developing, recovering, and maintaining daily living and work skills, assisting in implementing individualized treatment plans, adapting therapeutic interventions, educating clients on task breakdown and adaptive strategies, recommending and training on adaptive equipment, assessing home environments, collaborating with families and caregivers, tracking patient progress, accurately documenting care, and conducting regular follow-ups.
