Description
The Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant assists the Occupational Therapist with resident-related activities and direct resident care, including treatment, documentation, resident education, durable medical equipment recommendations, interdisciplinary communication, and rehabilitation program support. The role requires an associate degree from an accredited COTA program, COTA licensure in the state, computer proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding resident-care tasks. The stated rate is $38–$42.
