Description
The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides educationally related occupational therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans, under the direction of the Director of Health Services and the Occupational Therapist. Duties include assessments, treatment implementation, IEP participation, recordkeeping, equipment procurement, and collaboration with district personnel and parents. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with an 11-month work calendar, and requires certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, a valid license, First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
