Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time, center-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work under a licensed Occupational Therapist in an early-intervention program serving children with autism from 18 months to 6 years of age. The COTA will implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct client care, educate families, document progress, collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, and support skill acquisition. The role requires an accredited OTA degree, active COTA licensure, NBCOT certification, BLS certification, experience with early intervention and children with autism, and willingness to obtain RBT certification.
