Description
Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time, center-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to work under a licensed Occupational Therapist in an early-intervention setting serving children with autism from 18 months to 6 years. The COTA will implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct client care, educate families, document progress, collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, and support ABA therapy sessions as needed. The role requires an accredited OTA degree, active COTA licensure, NBCOT certification, BLS certification, experience with early intervention and children with autism, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks with young children.
