Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home occupational therapy services in the South Bay Los Angeles area. The role involves helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence; educating patients and caregivers; documenting visits in WellSky/Kinnser; and communicating progress to the care team. Candidates must graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program, hold an active California COTA license, have current CPR/BLS certification, have reliable transportation and willingness to travel, and have home healthcare experience.
