Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), Child Crisis at Monarch

Monarch Healthcare is hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for its Child Crisis facility-based crisis site. The role provides individual and group mental health occupational therapy services to children and adolescents, follows plans of care under a licensed occupational therapist, documents treatment, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and families, leads daily groups, supports crisis stabilization and safety, and may require driving and travel. The position requires an associate degree in occupational therapy, COTA certification through the State Board of Occupational Therapy, and an ability to work at least three shifts per month, including weekends.
