Description
Avondale Health and Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for its Therapy Team on a per diem/PRN basis. The role provides occupational therapy services to residents, including screening, treatment-plan implementation under a supervising therapist, communication of findings and recommendations, scheduling, treatment documentation and billing, and compliance with CMS standards. An associate degree in occupational therapy and Tennessee OTA licensure are required; continuing education is needed to maintain licensure and certification.
