Description
Arizona Autism Charter Schools, Inc. is hiring a full-time, salaried Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for its Peoria Campus autism center serving K–8 students. The COTA will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement student engagement, data-driven instruction, Applied Behavior Analysis, IEP-related goals, classroom-integrated services, and positive behavior interventions; coach classroom staff; communicate with students and families; maintain IEP data; and support professional development and Tier 3 COTA training. The role requires an associate’s degree or higher in occupational therapy, AOTCB certification, an Arizona COTA license, and a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card, with preferred experience in school-based occupational therapy, classroom integration, and Applied Behavior Analysis. Compensation is $40,000–$58,000 DOE, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and additional benefits.
