Description
Manderley Health Care Center is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join its in-house therapy team in a skilled nursing environment. The role provides weekday coverage, including vacation coverage as needed, and involves delivering occupational therapy treatments, improving residents’ functional mobility and independence, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. A valid Indiana COTA license is required, while prior skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience and familiarity with Net Health and PCC systems are preferred.
