Description
Concept Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for its post-acute rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Toledo, Ohio. The role provides occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist, supports patients with activities of daily living and functional goals, monitors progress, collaborates with interdisciplinary team members, documents care, and educates patients and caregivers. Part-time and PRN schedules are available, with the part-time schedule offering approximately three to four hours per day for five days per week.
