Description
The Certified Peer/Recovery Specialist I, II, III supports individuals with behavioral health, substance use, and developmental disabilities through peer mentoring, recovery planning, wellness and vocational support, group facilitation, treatment-team collaboration, documentation, and community integration. The role requires CPS or RPS training and certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid non-commercial driver's license, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including crisis de-escalation and restraint techniques.
