Exos is hiring a Performance Coach for a corporate wellness center to monitor exercise participants, lead group classes, conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized workout programs, provide one-on-one training and motivation, support health-promotion programs, and manage fitness-facility administrative tasks. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field, current personal-trainer certification from a nationally accredited association, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, group-class teaching experience, and at least one year of industry experience. Compensation is $22.00 to $38.00 per hour for residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington, with health insurance and other benefits available to eligible full-time employees.
