Description
The Certified Personal Trainer supports members in meeting fitness and exercise goals by conducting individual, small-group, and team training sessions, providing customer service, promoting personal-training packages, and educating members about fitness and nutrition. The role also coordinates with management, maintains club standards, and requires a current personal-training certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days, and the ability to work independently in a busy fitness environment. Compensation is $18.00–$30.00 per session hour trained, $12.00 per hour for non-session work, plus potential incentive compensation, with a free health club membership and other benefits.
