Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is hiring a Floor Lead Phlebotomist to support the Loma Linda VA Health Care System. The role performs routine and special specimen collection and labeling, ensures proper patient identification and specimen handling, follows infection-control and laboratory standards, and supports employee onboarding, training, mentoring, staffing escalations, and customer-service improvement. The position requires phlebotomy certification, at least seven years of phlebotomy experience, and previous lead or supervisory experience; an associate’s degree and BLS/CPR certification are preferred. The role pays $24.75 to $30.17 per hour and does not offer visa sponsorship.
