Hawai‘i Behavioral Health is hiring Certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and RBT Trainees for part-time, flexible afternoons and evenings across Oahu, Maui, and Hawai‘i Island. RBTs implement BCBA-developed treatment plans, support communication, behavior, feeding, and social skills, monitor progress, document sessions, and work in-home, in-community, or clinic settings. RBT Trainees receive a sponsored 40-hour training program, competency assessment, and certification support, with compensation beginning after training and credentialing requirements are completed. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications, a TB test, background check, reliable transportation, and preferably an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and ability to travel between service locations.
