The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and serves as a trainer, coach, and mentor to crew-level employees. Responsibilities include leading and supervising shifts, ensuring safety and operational compliance, training and coaching team members, modelling guest service, supporting sales through service and suggestive selling, executing the National Marketing Plan, and fostering an inclusive, accountable culture.
