Maria Parham Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring an in-person Certified Surgical Tech (CST) – First Assistant to support surgical procedures. The role positions patients, provides operative-site visualization through tissue manipulation, retraction, sponging, suctioning, and irrigation, achieves hemostasis, assists with wound closure and dressings, and secures drainage systems. A high school diploma or equivalent and Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) certification are required; Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire, while an associate degree is preferred.
