AWP Safety is hiring a Senior Protector to control vehicular, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic in work zones using hand signals and a STOP/SLOW paddle, maintain temporary traffic control devices, coordinate with customers, operate a company vehicle, communicate with teams, and mentor Protectors. The role requires TCT certification or 2,000+ verifiable hours, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, English communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varied conditions. Compensation is $18.50–$21.50 per hour, with benefits available after 30 days of employment.
