Description

Misfits Market is hiring a Certified Trainer to support the functional training and onboarding of new hourly associates. The role includes conducting on-the-floor and cross-training, evaluating trainee performance, maintaining training documentation, providing peer coaching, and supporting new-hire onboarding. The Certified Trainer also follows food safety, hygiene, and Good Distribution Practices and escalates hazards. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with overtime and possible weekends as needed, and compensation is $19 per hour.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
