EVERSANA is hiring a Channel Certified Trainer to support the Training Lead in delivering company-wide training across on-the-job, classroom, small-group, and one-on-one formats. The role covers employee development, safety and compliance training, performance evaluations, training documentation, auditing, and site training across shifts and locations, while also performing warehouse and distribution-floor duties. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, strong coaching and communication skills, warehouse operations experience, Microsoft 365 skills, and EVERSANA forklift certification; bi-lingual English/Spanish ability is preferred. The role is eligible for hire in select United States locations.
