The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on implementation to lead customer engagements from discovery through deployment, design scalable Certinia PSA and Salesforce solutions, manage project delivery and budgets, support integrations and testing, and mentor consulting teams. Candidates need significant experience with Certinia PSA, Salesforce Professional Services, or related enterprise service operations solutions, along with strong knowledge of professional services processes, Salesforce configuration, and Agile delivery.
