HDR is hiring a CFD Engineer / Analyst to support computational fluid dynamics modeling for building engineering projects, especially data center cooling and optimization and fire simulation for underground structures. The role involves using tools such as Ansys Fluent, CFX, 6Sigma, FDS, and PyroSim; developing and deploying computational modeling capabilities; supporting proposals; and collaborating on project delivery. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of CFD modeling experience for the preferred profile, at least two years of experience with specified CFD software, and strong knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, mechanical systems, controls, energy modeling, and architectural design processes.
