XTB is hiring a CFD/FX Partnership Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia, to build and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, trading communities, financial institutions, educational platforms, and media partners. The role develops partnership strategies, coordinates joint marketing and educational initiatives, monitors partner performance and compliance, analyzes KPIs, and creates partner enablement materials. Candidates need 3–5 years of experience scaling IB and affiliate networks in the Forex, CFD, or trading brokerage industry, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong financial-market knowledge, analytical and negotiation skills, Indonesian fluency, and business English fluency.
