Description
The CFO will serve alongside the Managing Director of a Swiss industrial SME, taking overall responsibility for finance, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tax and legal coordination, HR strategy, IT and ERP projects, and the leadership of a small Finance and HR team. The role requires an experienced finance professional with strong controlling and financial-process knowledge, leadership ability, autonomy, and an entrepreneurial mindset, and offers a highly autonomous position with direct influence on strategic decisions.
