Description
All In One Accounting is hiring a Construction CFO to own a book of construction clients and provide executive-level financial leadership. The role serves as the primary strategic advisor, manages client realization, utilization, NPS, retention, and growth, oversees financial reporting and strategic planning, leads bonding and project-financing activities, and manages a team of controllers and accountants. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, at least 12 years of progressive financial leadership with construction experience, and strong expertise in construction finance, job-cost accounting, bonding, project financing, and WIP management. The position offers a base salary of $140,000–$165,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
