Description
All In One Accounting is hiring a strategic Nonprofit CFO to own a book of nonprofit client relationships and provide executive-level financial leadership. The role serves as the primary advisor to executive directors, boards, and nonprofit leadership; delivers accurate financial reporting; develops strategic plans, cash forecasts, capital plans, grant strategies, and funding scenarios; supports organizational restructuring and mergers; and manages a delivery team of controllers and accountants. The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 12+ years of progressive nonprofit financial leadership experience, and expertise in nonprofit GAAP, fund accounting, audit management, and grant compliance. Compensation is $140,000–$165,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
