The Finance/Controlling Manager is responsible for finance, controlling, and operational steering, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, process improvement, business-model analysis, and support for automation, digitalization, and scaling. The role requires a degree in business administration, finance, management, industrial engineering, or a related field, experience in finance, controlling, operations, or business management, strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills, and excellent German with English as an advantage.
