The role owns editorial strategy, content reuse and discovery, narrative consistency, data and DxP win storytelling, executive messaging, and scalable content operations, while advising leaders and content creators on audience context and message selection. The position requires strong editing, strategic, journalistic, and systems-thinking abilities, with experience running a tool, library, or process that others depend on. It offers base salary ranges of $153,842-$246,147 in Charlotte and $179,273-$286,837 in Southern California, plus bonuses and retirement contributions.
