Description
Edenred PayTech is hiring a Change & Implementation Manager in Swindon to lead and evolve change, release, and implementation governance across its technology and payments environment. The role owns governance standards, risk and quality controls, CI/CD automation, deployment strategies, reporting, and the development of Change Leads and Analysts. It reports to the Platform Availability Manager and requires experience in technology, fintech, payments, or regulated environments, along with strong people leadership, ITIL4, CI/CD, and stakeholder-management capabilities. The position offers hybrid working with at least three days per week in the office and includes medical, pension, bonus, and other employee benefits.
