Change and Release Coordinator at Datacom

Datacom is hiring a Change and Release Coordinator to support the Service Operations Change and Release team by managing change requests, validating failed changes, following up on approvals and post-change reviews, preparing change schedules, participating in CAB and other change-related meetings, maintaining change governance documentation, and supporting training and process adherence. The role requires at least three years of related experience, change management and process governance knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, and an ITIL4 Foundation Certification. It is based at BGC Taguig with a hybrid work setup requiring twice-weekly attendance.
