Gamma is hiring a Change Enablement Manager to lead adoption and training for organizational transformation initiatives. The role sets strategic direction, manages training partners, drives technology and process adoption, addresses resistance, creates training materials, supports Change Champions, and evaluates adoption effectiveness using digital adoption platforms. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in training, instructional design, or a similar role, along with adult learning knowledge, communication skills, stakeholder collaboration, e-learning and digital adoption platform proficiency, and analytical abilities.
