Description

BAE Systems is seeking an internal Change Enablement Practice Owner to lead the strategic direction, governance, assurance, and continual improvement of Change Enablement across its retained Digital Service Integrator (DSI) and multi-partner SIAM operating model. The role establishes standards, policies, governance, roadmaps, assurance measures, and operating principles; partners with the Operational Integrator to assess effectiveness; and influences internal teams, strategic partners, and senior stakeholders to balance delivery agility, operational resilience, and business risk. It is based in Preston with hybrid working and travel to BAE Systems and partner locations as required, at grade GG11, and is open only to permanent and fixed-term BAE Systems employees who have generally completed 12 months in their current role.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience defining, governing, and continually improving Change Enablement practices in complex multi-partner environments
Experience developing service management standards, governance frameworks, and assurance approaches
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and partners without direct authority
Experience driving organisational change and embedding consistent ways of working across complex service environments
Preferred Qualifications: Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Enablement and modern SIAM operating models
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
ITIL certification or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel across BAE Systems and partner locations as required
