Description
The Management of Change (MOC) Specialist evaluates and implements changes across regional operations in the oil and gas industry, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The role reviews proposed changes, collaborates with operations, engineering, technical, and HSE/PSM teams, documents MOC records, participates in risk assessments, communicates with stakeholders, and provides feedback to improve the MOC process. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, at least five years of oil and gas experience focused on process safety, risk assessment, or project engineering, and hands-on MOC and regulatory compliance experience are required.
