Evri Group is hiring a Change Implementation Manager to support the Senior Change Implementation Manager in delivering operational change across its UK parcel-delivery network. The role involves implementing and embedding new processes, systems, and ways of working; coaching and training operational teams; monitoring compliance; developing SOPs; conducting audits; and managing stakeholder relationships. It is a permanent full-time, home-based position with regular travel across the network, flexibility for occasional weekends and nights, and a competitive salary plus car allowance.
