Gävle Municipality is hiring one Change Leader specializing in Municipal Activity Responsibility (KAA) to work on-site at Jägargatan 2. The role provides registration, outreach, motivational and guidance interventions, and support for young people not attending upper secondary school and, where applicable, people unable to support themselves, with the goal of helping them pursue studies or employment. The position requires an academic degree, at least one year of similar experience, relationship-building skills, knowledge of education pathways, and the ability to lead, motivate, delegate, and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders. It is permanent employment starting 2026-10-01 or as soon as possible, with vacation, wellness reimbursement, and insurance benefits.
