Neko is hiring a Change Management and Communications Lead to redesign how clinical teams receive information. The role will build and enforce an intake and governance model, partner with senior leadership to make it an organisation-wide norm, roll out the process across teams, and create a global clinical communications programme with consistent channels, templates, AI-enabled formats, and performance metrics. The position requires experience in change or programme management, intake governance, communications enablement, stakeholder alignment, and fluency with AI tools; experience in high-growth consumer services or healthcare is preferred.
