Description
The Change Management & Program Lead manages Initiative & Change Management projects from chartering through delivery, coordinating business sponsors, project resources, stakeholders, and interdependencies. The role covers project governance and reporting, change management, risk management, business process optimization, system implementations, business cases, and cross-functional support across gas transmission and midstream operations. It is a 12-month hybrid position in Houston, Texas, paying $60–$66 per hour on W2, with work performed in the office or remotely and minimal travel.
