Description
ttcInnovations is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant for future contract or project-based engagements. The role is remote in the United States and starts when project availability allows. The consultant will partner with business, HR, L&D, and internal design teams to assess change readiness, develop change strategies, manage stakeholder engagement and resistance, align learning solutions with change journeys, create enablement assets, facilitate workshops, and track adoption and behavior-change metrics.
