Description
CACI is hiring a Change Management Lead to serve as the senior organizational change management expert for a Department of Veterans Affairs enterprise acquisition system modernization program. The role leads change strategy, governance, stakeholder communication, adoption measurement, training, cutover planning, production transitions, and post-implementation reviews across a large, geographically dispersed user community. It requires a U.S. citizen, Tier 2 background investigation clearance, a bachelor's degree, and 10 years of experience including 5 years in organizational change management for large-scale Federal government system implementations. The position is full time, may require up to 25% travel within the Continental United States, and is contingent upon contract award.
