Magellan is hiring an M365 and Copilot Change Management Lead to support clients through Microsoft 365 and Copilot digital transformations. The role covers change strategy, project scoping, workshops, training, user-impact analysis, adoption support, and advisory work on complex or multi-team projects. Candidates need a master's degree or equivalent, at least six years of change-management experience, leadership of high-stakes transformation projects, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and fluent English. The position offers flexible remote work of up to two days per week and family health insurance.
