BIP's Bip Red studio is seeking a motivated individual interested in Change Management and digital innovation to join their Culture & Change factory. The role involves designing and managing Change Management and Digital Adoption programs, analyzing client needs, developing change management frameworks, implementing change plans, assessing impact, delivering training, measuring program effectiveness, and collaborating with senior resources. This is an initial internship opportunity with expense reimbursement.
