DTCC is hiring a Senior Associate in IT Change Management to facilitate the planning, evaluation, authorization, implementation, monitoring, and review of changes across IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. The role develops ITIL-aligned change processes, conducts impact assessments, facilitates change advisory board meetings, coordinates stakeholder communication and training, and supports colleagues and customers as a domain expert. Candidates need at least six years of related experience, preferably in financial services, along with ITIL knowledge, ITSM tool experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and relevant certifications; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
