Avant is hiring a Change Manager for its Medical Indemnity insurance division in a hybrid Sydney CBD role. The position leads change management initiatives, supports project teams and business stakeholders, delivers internal communications, and helps maintain the division’s change governance framework. Candidates need 3–5 years of experience delivering change initiatives and developing internal communications content, along with experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to design and deliver change programs.
