Amazon is hiring a Change Manager to work at one of its logistics sites and lead the safety, efficiency, quality, and productivity of operating processes. The role manages process improvements, shift practices, projects, and contingency scenarios; supervises people management and operational activities; and mentors new managers. Candidates need a degree, leadership experience, stakeholder communication experience, data-based decision-making experience, and advanced English and German language skills; Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, logistics, and Microsoft Office experience are preferred.
