The role leads change impact assessments, workshops, readiness plans, user journeys, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and benefit realisation for a business-unit deployment, while collaborating with programme, delivery, adoption, business, and finance teams. It is a hybrid and flexible role with national travel when required, and applicants must have completed 12 months in their current role.
